What are the diesel knowledge dry goods?

1、Pre-launch check

（1）Check whether there are sundries on and around the unit;

（2）Check the amount of cooling water, oil surface, fuel tank oil is normal;

（3）Check whether the fuel valve is open;

（4）Check whether the circuit connection of the electric starting unit is normal;

（5）If there is leakage in the low pressure fuel system, check if there is air in the fuel system and rule it out.

2、Start the diesel engine

（1）The startup time should not exceed 10 seconds at a time, with a 1-minute startup interval. Failure to start four times should be checked for downtime.

（2）After starting, disconnect the starting circuit, turn into normal operation, pay attention to observe the oil pressure. If the oil pressure still does not reach the normal value within 30 seconds, should stop the machine to check.

3、The operation of a diesel engine

（1）Water temperature 45 degrees Celsius, oil temperature 50 degrees Celsius above, oil pressure normal, generator voltage and frequency normal, to load.

（2）Water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure and generator voltage and frequency should be inspected regularly during operation.

（3）Listen to the noise, observe the smoke exhaust. Prevent overload operation.

（4）For ordinary units without automatic protection function, special attention should be paid to the problems of low oil pressure, high water temperature, overspeed and sudden abnormal sound during operation.

4、The shutdown of a diesel engine

Unload before shutdown, adhere to the principle of running empty 3-5 minutes before shutdown. For manual speed control units, in the start and stop should be gradually accelerated or decelerated.
