What are the precautions for diesel engines?

1、Check before use

（1）Cooling water

A、The cooling water used in diesel engine should be clean soft water.     

B、The lack of cooling water can cause the diesel engine to overheat and affect the normal work of the diesel engine.

C、Cooling water should be added until the tank float no longer rises.

（2）Fan Belt 

A、With the finger to 19.6 -29.4 Newtons (2 -3 kg force) in the middle of the belt pressure, belt away from the original position about 10 mm, then the belt tension appropriate.

B、When necessary, the belt tension can be adjusted by changing the position of the tension wheel.

（3）Lube 

A、Check the oil surface in the oil pool with the oil dipstick. The oil should be added to the mark near the oil dipstick.

B、Check the amount of oil, dipstick do not screw into the screw hole, while ensuring that the diesel engine level.

（4）Fuel Oil

A、According to the environment temperature, according to the specification requirements into the clean diesel fuel tank. When refueling, refueling equipment should be clean and quiet, pay attention not to let dust and dirt into the fuel tank.

B、Turn on the fuel switch.

C、Loosen the hollow bolt of the oil pump inlet to discharge the remaining air in the oil circuit.

（5）air filter

A、If it is an oil bath air filter, open the air filter cap and apply motor oil to the required oil line.

B、The water in the tank shall be sufficient and shall be kept in operation within the permissible temperature range.

C、The lubricating oil must be in place, but not in excess, and keep working within the allowed pressure range.

D、Frequency stability at 50HZ or so, voltage stability at 400V or so.

E、The three-phase current is within the rated range.
